• Objective comparison of color images:
  Comparison of color images is usually done in a subjective way. This implementation of several criterions for comparison of color images allows some objective comparisons.

• Hepatic tumoral areas measurement:
  A Windows software done for the Reims Hospital. It provides semi-automatic measurement of hepatic tumoral areas. The detection is done automatically, and the medical specialist can manually change it.

• LAME MP3 encoder:
  I am one of the LAME developpers. LAME is an open source project, with quality beeing the primary goal. Its quality and speed rival with commercial encoders. LAME is now the most widely used open source MP3 encoder.

• Shine MP3 encoder:
  The goal of this encoder was not quality, but simplicity. I tryed to simplify the encoding process as much as possible. So Shine is then a good starting point when a programmer needs a very simple MP3 encoder
